The best Après-ski spots in Austria!

Ischgl

Ischgl is also called the Ibiza of the Austrian Alps. This Ski resort in the Pazauntal is even attracting weekly visitors from the area of Munich who don't even go up the mountain. Ischgl offers a lot of Après-ski bars where you can party till early in the morning. On the mountain you have the Paznauner Taja bar and in the village you have the Kuhstall and the Schnatzi that are very popular. After the bars are closed you can go to the Pasha or the Trofana Arena to end the night spectecular. 

Sölden

Looking for a good Ski resort with miles of slopes and great Après-ski? Sölden is the place to be! The village Otztal offers a good variation of mountain bars and village bars where you can choose from. There is a large range of bars from the Phillips or the Obstlerhütte and even more exuberant in the village like the Alm Rausch or the Schirm Bar.

Mayrhofen

Mayrhofen is a village in the Zillertal area where a lot of Dutch people go to each winter. So if you like Dutch people, you should go to Mayrhofen! This place is full of Après-ski bars like to Pilzbar on the mountain and the Icebar in the valley. You don't need to ski down after you have been drinken in the Pilzbar because the Penkenbahn will bring you down. 

Gerlos

Gerlos is the second Après-ski heaven in the Zillertal area and offers good skiing with a great variety   of bars. After a long day skiing there is a place on the mountain called Seppi's where everyone comes together and is having fun with great music. In the village there you have the CinCin, Little Londoner and Luigi's Turbobar as great party bars where you can spend the rest of the long night!

Westendorf

Westendorf, the village in the Kaiser/Brixental area that is known for the Après-ski variety for younger and elder people. Bars as the Moskito and the Karatbar attract people from all kinds of nations but again the Dutch are here in large numbers. If you like to party and skiing isn't that important, you just need to go to Westendorf!

Saalbach/Hinterglemm

Saalbach/Hinterglemm are actually two different villages that are so close to each other that you can go to both in one evening. The very nice ski resort is perfect for starting skiers and snowboarders. The other reason that it is so popular is the Après-ski! Are you going to Saalbach/Hinterglemm? You have to visit the Goasstal, Tanzhimmel and the Hinterhagalm. Party as you have never done before! 

Sankt Anton am Arlberg

Sankt Anton is the place to be for freeriders and experienced skiers. The silence ends at the time of four o'clock and then the party explodes. The Krazy Kangaroo and of course the Mooserwirt are the places where you have to be in Sankt Anton am Arlberg! The last slope down from the Mooserwirt to the village might be more dangerous than the black slopes during the day!
